Pricing

We understand that buying our furniture can be complicated at times especially if you are not sure what some of the terms mean or whether the product you have decided on is in fact suitable for you.

No problems - please contact us. Usually we can assist you via e mail or by telephone. But if not we can often ask one of our staff to assist you on site. 

What is the difference?

With regard to the basins, the ceramic basin is a traditional glazed ceramic white basin design (what is found in most bathrooms) while the PolyMarble basin is manufactured from a resin casting process.

This gives a higher grade surface finish and less variation in dimensions (while you would not notice in a finished product, ceramic basins are subject to some variation in size due to shrinkage rates in the clay casting and glazing process, whereas PolyMarble is not).

PolyMarble is generally a more "modern"product and the main reason some customers buy it vs ceramic - its down to personal choice rather than any specific manufacturing process. 

We are a specialist online retailer and as part of our strategy to keep prices to you as low as possible we do not have multiple showrooms. However, if you are based in Johannesburg or Cape Town you can visit our warehouse where we do offer product viewing.

Sure - we do Price Match!

If you find the same or similar product cheaper at another retailer as long as the other retailer has stock available and we can see the price - either online or from a quote you have been given.

The easiest way to get a Price Match is to use our Name your Price button or please contact us. 

If you are planning to buy in bulk for one of your projects or are a stockist buying for your showroom we may be able to offer additional discounts. This does depend on how many units you will be buying and which design.

Within South Africa:

For orders over R1 000 shipping is free.

For orders of less than R1 000 we charge a flat fee of R350. This is not inclused in the product price and will be added at checkout time.


For other Countries:

We will provide you with a shipping quote
 

Yes we do - all products for normal sale are in stock.

For items on clear out specials sometimes requires us to source the stock from one of our suppliers. This is a quick process. 

Most products ship within 24 hours.

For Gauteng and Cape Town delivery is normally within 2 days from order payment

For other major centres - Durban, East London, Port Elizabeth delivery within 3 days

For other areas deivery can take longer - please contact us if you need to confirm before plascng your order

We take pride in giving the best product and service we can. If we slip up we will sort it out! 

We happily accept returns for items that have not been installed.

Please contact us and we will assist you to complete the return. Once the product has been received back at one of our warehouses we process a full refund.

Please note that if the product was correctly supplied by us and in good working order the return courier/shipping charges will be for the customers account. If the product was incorrectly supplied or damaged we pay the costs of return
